We sell premium vehicles and also maintain that philosophy when it comes to pre-delivery vehicle preparation. Therefore, as part of the Outback Service Package, your Pinzgauer will have the following services and parts replaced (as well as anything that may be worn beyond the manufacturer's specifications i.e. brakes, leaks, clutch etc..).

The Outback Service Package (a $5000+ VALUE) is INCLUDED in the sale price . It is designed to save you downtime and to help further ensure your truck is fully operational before being released. ALL Outback Pinzgauers must follow this program before being released.

ENGINE SERVICING:

• Valve Adjustment
• Chevron Engine Oil
• Genuine Oil Filter
• Genuine Fuel Filter
• Genuine Air Filter
• Fuel Pump Inspected
• Carburetor Servicing and Adjustment/Synchronization
• NGK Platinum Spark Plugs
• Electronic Ignition Upgrade
• Ignition Timing Adjustment
• Two Brand New Batteries
• Two Battery Blankets for Cold Weather Operation (Temro)
• Genuine Engine Belts
• Engine Seals Inspected

DRIVELINE SERVICING:

• Chevron Grease Applied to all greasable linkages
• Chevron HD 75W90 Gear Oil to Axles/Transmission
• Brake System Inspected, Adjusted and Replaced as Necessary
• Brake/Clutch Hydraulics Flushed
• Wheel Bearings Serviced/Adjusted with Chevron Grease
• Wheel Alignment
• Drivelin Seals Inspected
• Axle Boots Inspected/Replaced as necessary
• All Steering Components Inspected/Replaced as necessary

EXHAUST SERVICING:

• Exhaust System Inspected and replaced as necessary

GENERAL SERVICES

• Brand New Yokohama Tires installed and Balanced (4 tires for 710m, 6 tires for 712m)
• Rust Protection Coating/Injection (w/German made 'Wurth' products)
• Headlamps Upgraded to High Performance (IPF)
• Canvas Top Inspected and Repaired as Necessary
• Doors hinges/linkages greased
• All Instrument/Marker Bulbs Replaced as Necessary
